Saturn - Bringer of Old Age (5/7)

This animation is based on the giant ice rings of Saturn, rocking back and forth like a ticking clock.

5 of 7 in a series of abstract animations inspired by The Planets suite by Gustav Holst.

I recreated and played a short looping section from each piece, then animated it, taking cues from both the music and the planet itself.
