Mercury - The Winged Messenger (3/7)

Loosely based on Ibn al-Shatir's model for the appearances of Mercury, this animation compliments the bouncey-ness of the melody.

3 of 7 in a series of abstract animations inspired by The Planets suite by Gustav Holst. 

I recreated and played a short looping section from each piece, then animated it, taking cues from both the music and the planet itself.
