HEAT FLASH

I shot this when I finally escaped my home bubble during the pandemic in August 2020 and drove out to Palm Springs with some rolls of expired Kodak Supra 400 film. I just needed to finally get the fuck out of Dodge and have that 111 degree desert heat cleanse me of my virus anxieties. I used to take photos of people having fun at parties and shit before Covid... now I'm taking photos of the sun winking at me over silhouettes of hills like a fake ass Ansel Adams.
