The Process is the end goal. If you enjoy the process, you don't need to look for a higher meaning. I never experienced a psychedelic trip, however I heard a lot of people talk about what it feels like. Creating / working your craft sometimes lets you tap into a different state where everything connects and you're only there to observe it happen.
