Tomb of Yaqub Leys Saffari

#1 This construction contains the mausoleum of Yaqub, the founder of Saffarid dynasty and one of the first Iranian kings after the Arab conquest. Yaqub revived the Persian language around two hundred years after emergence of Islam in Iran. Location: Dezful, Iran.
