Tulips in a vase

Inspired by the Dutch still life paintings this piece explores the concepts of time, metamorphosis and acts like a metaphor for the cycle of life. The flowers were filmed in real time continuously for 8 days showing the decaying process of the bouquet. The footage was edited afterwards to condense 8 days into 9 minutes.
