Distorted reality is a manifestation of visions from looking at things in a different perspective. Coming from a world of tech and innovations, photography has become a medium for me to daydream and look at things far beyond what is presented in front of me and produce works in a slow, methodic and contemplative approach.
This photo was taken at Taisho-ike Pond in Kamikochi National Park. It was one freezing morning when I got to this specific location. A blanket of mist was covering the calm reflective water. This photo is my interpretation of how I felt while I was observing the mist slowly being drifted away after a gush of crisp autumn breeze arrived.
