This photo was taken on film at the Loch Ness very early in the morning, before the fog quickly disappears. “ THE STORY” I was living in London at the time as an assistant photographer. I decided to go out for a two-day trip photography marathon, across Scotland. I rented a car and drove over 600 miles hunting for “THE BEST SHOT” When I got to the Loch Ness I knew that I wanted to capture something special, so I woke up super early in the morning to be able to catch the sunrise over the Loch Ness, but unfortunately when I got there, I was greeted with thick fog. While I was trying to find a shot, I saw that little island through the fog , and then the boat slowly revealed itself. I was waiting for the monster to pop up somewhere in the shot, but I never saw him! Still I could almost swear I heard him growl! It’s funny how I was so disappointed and taught everything was ruined because of the fog. In the end this was the shot!
