"The Castle on the Hill"

Castle Hill was one of the amazing locations they shot the film "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe" (The Great Battle). The topography of limestone rocks seen from here is typical of the landscape used to portray Narnia.

It is even more epic in real life & the huge boulders can make you feel quite tiny. Definitely a must-visit place in New Zealand.
