This is an allegorical tale of Zawadi, a warrior from the Maasai tribe in Kenya. They are known to jump to extraordinary heights. This dance is a way for a young Maasai warrior to demonstrate his strength and to attract his bride. The Tiger which is not endemic to Africa but rather Asia highlights the warrior's uniqueness and difference from his counterparts. His strength ferocious and protective at the same time.
