Pepe Simpsons

As Simpsons are having a breakfast it makes me wonder if Home is really a Simpsons ? Or else is that a Pepe disguised as Pepe ?

Has all of the predictions up until now been made by Pepe ? What is the main purpose of Pepe ? Who does Pepe serve ?

How will this series continue ? Are we going to be seeing Pepe and simpsons together in the future ?
