My body is rotting away

The original photo was taken by me in Dunhuang, Gansu province.China.Chinese calligraphy by Street graffiti artist : Haitong Zhang. I made a digitally secondary creation with it. This is a work about the former relationship between man and nature. The stone figure is decaying, with Chinese characters that read: my body is rotting away. I sometimes wonder what is the relationship between man and the environment? We use each other, we eat each other, we torture each other and we influence each other. The "ME" in which my body is rotting is both human and nature.
