Shape Shifter

Bending both mind and matter, 'Shape Shifter' takes you on a wild ride through an infinitely looping world of psychedelic audio-visual experience. The winner can contact @deKxi via Twitter to receive the full 4K 60fps version.

'Shape Shifter' builds upon my own custom branch of Vadim Epstein's 'Illustrip', using some features I developed specifically for this piece, including a new mult-masking feature allowing for the ability to mask both depth map outputs and gradients (and the ability to modify these masks at any point during the generation). While generating, Photoshop was used to create a variety of masks, which were then swapped between on various rhythmic frames. The psychedelic-inspired soundscape was made specifically for this piece, with minimal elements that create a drifty, direction-less feeling.
