This 1/1 artwork is part of a series of experimental photographs that aims to explore the the correlation between our emotions and the urban landscapes that surround us.
This piece started with a thought, "what if I could capture sound in a still image."
Envisoning the soundwaves of a city that is constantly seeking progress, I looked towards the ports, a place that never sleeps, constantly working.
The way the cranes and cargo containers moved reminded me of never ending soundwaves of a city that never sleeps. It felt like that constant soft hum that was always there in the background, that you would only notice if you looked.
