Kikki // Avstract specimen 1.1

The single photographic element in this artwork is of a South American Sun Conure in flight that I photographed in a controlled studio environment. This element is then duplicated, flipped and spun onto different layers so that it interacts with itself and completely transforms the base artwork into something else.

This image is the second experimental version using the same base image as the first artwork which is linked below.

The bird in this picture went by the name “Kikki”. In 2021 she sadly and tragically passed away before her time.
