From the moment I knew I was going to visit my parents in law in Morocco I had the idea of photographing the Milky Way. I thought there would be no light pollution in the village I was staying (Tafersite). The perfect time and place to photograph the Milky Way! Well, I was wrong, plenty of lights in the village.
I did not, and still don’t, own a lens that is able to capture the whole Milky Way in one frame. To be able to make this image I made multiple 50mm photos of different parts of the desired frame. The photos where then stitched together in Photoshop.
