It is easy to ignore that we are more than just skin when there is so much noise around us, our body is like an antenna that constantly receives information from our environment, we receive sounds, scents, colors and sensations. It is so much information that our brain decides to ignore most of it so as not to get overwhelmed but when we allow all that to enter us we can feel how everything makes sense, we can taste colors, see sounds, feel scents, we can begin to enjoy that symphony, that festival that is happening around us at all times, our body is not a prison, we are not oblivious to the light that enters our skin every second, we are one with that chaos, we have the opportunity to perceive life in its maximum splendor, We are not our ego, we are not a body floating adrift, we are everything that surrounds us, Turn to see the stars, that is your home.
