Triple Threat

BEAUTY. DANGER. ENCHANTMENT.

This image captures the raw power and beauty of mother nature and I felt nothing but pure enchantment as I stood there, with the warm, moist inflow winds flowing through my hair, bringing me energy and peace!

Every year since 2015, I get 2 weeks to chase down severe weather. In this instance in 2016, I was with a tornado tour group. I paid $4500 for to see extreme weather and we were not disappointed. As the other tour van was getting pushed out of the mud, we all piled out of the vans and watched three..yes three tornadoes dancing in the field just ahead of us, threatening damage to everything in its path! Once the van was freed, adrenaline running high, we started piling back in the vans. A van mate yelled out "GO,GO,GO" and with that the van started pulling away, as I ran up to the door. lol I was ALMOST left behind. Luckily I yelled too and they managed to slow down enough for me to throw my camera gear in and hop in the van was still moving! lol
