The universal symbol of life, freedom and depth.

Water in all its forms is an essential element of existence. Water and light is where all life springs. Water conveys calmness, demonstrates power and by definition has a way of nourishing all living creation.

These ice cold Arctic waters 1000 km from the North Pole, are home for a spectacular range of wildlife, and where the cooling system of earth runs from. Svalbard is also the place where the call for conservation and exploration sparked, and became the reason I keep going back to the Arctic.
