Description: Distractors are a series of mechanical/light sculptures that Jose Carlos Martinat has been working since 2016 that combines elements designed for mere entertainment and distraction of the public, with messages that questions the supremacy of the images and how the human being has been forced to measure and receive everything through the eyes.

Distractor 3.0 is a new version of this Project that will inhabit as an NFT in the blockchain questioning this new actualization of the hiper reality where the images and the capital have become the same thing and images no longer express ideas but rather present empty “images of images”.(*)
