Ocean of Ice

An ocean of ice before me. Clarity of vision beyond the dimensional tempestuous. Belly down on this blistering ice sheet in the Canadian Rockies, -22 degrees, bone soaking cold, winds kicking, sky storming, and hands shaking, I was mesmerized by the lines in this frozen translucence as the light broke through.
