16/05/20 – Cerro de Pasco, Peru
Last year was very hard for everyone and in my country, the lockdown was draconian, we couldn’t travel or move from a province to the other and nobody allowed foreigners to pass, some small towns that lived from tourism had the worst part. I gathered a group of friends and started to collect some winter cloths to bring them as donations for these people, for which I travelled, fearless, knowing that I was going to help the most vulnerable and in-need people.
At the second day, we decided to make a night trekking to get to the higher part of the rock forest. I remember being in the top, listening to Pink Floyd and making this 8-picture vertical panorama of this majestic place. This set my mind free, and I felt very productive by archiving this landscape.
I consider this one of my best pieces ever.
