A Night Terror or A Terrible Night

I rarely have a good night's sleep and often suffer from nightmares. One night I dreamed I was fishing something out of the bathroom sink drain and my hands got stuck. When I pulled it out, my hands just dissipated and floated away. I woke up super freaked out and sketched this right away.
