Punk Glory
#1 in the series of "Cloudverse" collection.
Beyond the vanilla skies and clouds of pink, By the gates of glory, dressed in funk, Stands the god of music, a divine punk!
He smells of techno, disco & pop, dancing to the tunes of ‘Robot Rock’, Realizing the new century had pushed music to it’s fall, tightening the guitar strings, he gently whispers, “We are human after all!”
“Glory be to music, Glory be to the punk!”
Punk Glory is an original art inspired by the legendary artist Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, of the Daft Punk. This artwork was created as a commentary on the degradation of music industry, by juxtaposing the identity of the legendary musician to that of Neoclassical sculptures of Greek gods. And a gentle callback to the era when music was so much more than just noise, it was glorious!
