Floating Down Canal

I was standing on Canal Street in New York City, talking to a friend, when I saw Nicolette Shea literally stopping traffic. I managed to get my camera out as she crossed the street and was able to snap one shot of her in mid air as she floated past me and some onlookers.

Several times I have seen this image making its way around the internet with thousands of likes, shares and views but of course no photo credit.

This photo was made by photographer Nate "Igor" Smith on September 2019 using expired 1600 ISO 35mm film.
