Red Umbrella

I headed for cover at the Barbican Centre in London once it started raining. While walking across an overpass I spotted an elderly man walking with a bright red umbrella.

Umbrellas are a reoccurring theme in my work, their circular geometry irresistibly drawing my eye, in this more so with the splash of red contrasting with the neutral tones on the ground.
