Japan. Kawaguchi Ko Lake. The north shore.
A very familiar place to me after many visits to this incredible country.
This November morning was quite an uncommon one, the air was cold and crisp and a layer of fog and mist - often wrapping the sacred volcano base - was flooded by the early morning sunshine. The autumn foliage of the trees on the lakeshore was just magnificent, in contrast with the incredible clear sky - in which the timeless symbol of Japan, the Mt. Fuji, reigns supreme.
