In Search Of

For years, Cathryn Rose and I would search for places off the beaten path where we could frolic and create freely. On this day in particular we decided to play in the desert and came across some exposed rock. As she stood amidst the sea of sand standing on the edge of familiarity, it looked as though she was exploring uncharted land on a different planet. Maybe what we're really looking for in times like these is ourselves.
