Description
ROM stands for Read-only Memory, which is permanent memory. That we can write or delete programs, but there are some ROMs that can not erase data in the ROM as well, which ROM is a memory that does not need power. Even without power, the data in the ROM will not be lost or permanently deleted from memory.
