Nafatujin

Fatu & Najin are the last two Norther White Rhinos on Earth. They are being cared for at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya. As of Oct 21, 2021, Najin is retired from donating eggs, in the attempt to recover the species. Najin’s role is now to transfer her social knowledge & behavior to future offspring of Fatu. This oil painting/NFT represents them both.

20% of the proceeds from this NFT sale will be donated to the Ol Pejeta. Until Ol Pejeta creates a crypo-wallet, donations from NFT sales are made in USD via the Chapel & York Foundation which is a registered US 501(c)(3) non-profit: https://www.chapel-yorkfoundation.org/donate-ol-pejeta-conservancy/ . This is according to their Ol Pejeta's Lead for Philanthropy & Individual Giving. More information about donations: https://donate.olpejetaconservancy.org/donate

The clock is ticking & it is our responsibility to offset our imprint on this planet & save this species of rhino. Start here and “Save the Chubby Unicorns.”
