瓦桜 -Kawara Sakura-

"Beautiful Japan" #1

This photo was taken in Japan.

Shiga Prefecture is home to Lake Biwa, the largest lake in Japan. Here at Nagahama Castle, facing the lake, cherry blossoms bloom in full bloom around the castle in spring. This photo was taken from the observation deck of the castle with the lens pointing downward. The tidy lines of the roof tiles were filled with cherry blossoms in full bloom, and I was able to capture a beautiful picture that is very Japanese.
