Nonna Meni: Nonna thinks your nuts

Nonna is the Italian translation of grandmother.

July of 2020, the family gathers for a supper for the first time since the lockdown. Nonna Meni is joined by her loving children, grandchildren and cousins. Not understanding her granddaughter who was telling a story in English. Her grandson noticing she feels left out decides to entertain her. He asks her to do the "Screw" gesture, to say that everyone around her is nuts.

In this NFT Nonna Meni is seen doing the "Screw" hand gesture. The gesture can be used in multiple ways, in this instance to indicate that her family is nuts. Although she suffers from dementia, from time to time she loves to have fun and bust some chops.

This NFT is the third of the Nonna Meni collection. Funds from the NFT collection will go to her family to help with her living situation.
