One of the few almost full bodies works from the Bodyscapes project. This is an ongoing work that started 5 years ago and I'm continuously evolving my style on that.
Sometimes I push my subjects to their limits but only when I know that they can do what I want. I use mainly one light and each session can last from 4-6 hours. I do not shoot often only when I find inspiration from everyday life.
I have always been fascinated by the human body. No matter if it was a paint or sculpture or photograph, for me it was a subject for study. I got lucky on the way to use photography as the medium that could translate what my eyes see and what my mind interprets.
These are my bodies...deformed, often exaggerating but they belong to humans. I wanted to subtract sexiness and anything feminine. There's no reason to always see women as sex symbols.
