A generative collection by Cexagon. Every work is drawn live in your browser from its token hash, and it moves: colour travels along its paths in a seamless loop.
Biomorphic grows out of Swirls, a mini-series Cexagon created in 2025, featuring repeated circles, intertwining curves, and dense rhythms inspired by Sol LeWitt's Whirls and Twirls.
Here, the drawing process itself became a system. Discs of concentric stripes sit on a lattice, their paths flow through it and join without a break, ribbons weave over and under, and compositions are layered on top.
The name Biomorphic reflects the organic character of these forms. Derived from the idea of forms resembling living organisms, it describes the way curves, loops, and interconnected structures evolve into shapes that feel as though they grow, flow, and interact. Though built from carefully defined rules, the resulting compositions evoke something organic rather than mechanical: an exploration of how structured systems can give rise to forms that feel alive.
