Editions Experience Test: Song of the Great Serpent

“The air pressure shifted. It was a sight to behold. It’s almost laughable to me now, but I’d spent more time wondering if this was the greatest beast that the Great Plains had to offer than if I was safe in its terrifying (albeit brief) presence. How many bones have been crushed beneath the weight of this behemoth? How many tales unwritten throughout time of the sound it made? — I shudder to think of it. I’ve told many stories since of my experience, but very few believe me.”

Verse II, WVRM, Chorus of the Great Plains
