networked.art: KYC / MANDALA

KYC / MANDALA turns any minted KYC portrait into an animated eightfold symmetric field. It does not bundle or retrieve a canonical GIF: each public KYC ID resolves to its saved configuration, the verified KYC renderer reconstructs 36 authored yaw views, and the current view becomes the literal pixel source for an eight-segment mirrored radial shader.
