Unraveling: Unravel #16 | Protect Our Women for JournoDAO

On this day of rage and protest, the skies continued to open up and rain down upon the crowd. I couldn’t help but document this obvious visual metaphor, a sign asking for protection bleeding off the cardboard in front of the White House. This image needs no caption really, insert your own interpretations and bittersweet expectations.

75% of the proceeds from this sale go to JournoDAO through a smart contract split. I’m a core builder at JournoDAO and we’re fighting to bring sustainability to local media outlets and journalists through decentralization. A functioning democracy, one where human rights are valued and protected, takes an informed electorate and strong community journalism is necessary for that democracy to survive.
