A geisha is silent, having lowered the dagger stabbed her chest. There is the calmness and serenity of the made decision. The tragic story of a young geisha called Cio-Cio-san is poetized in Puccini's opera "Madame Butterfly". This image kept on my brain for years. The "Madame Butterfly" was the first theatrical production I attended, when I was a child. For a long time the magical music and heartrending plot blazed up by clear images in my dreams. I didn’t recognize and didn’t embrace the heroine's decision to kill herself. I was annoyed with it and only long afterwards I made aware of the deep meaning of this creation. The dignity and self-sacrifice have a great impetuosity! And let there is no happy ending, but love will live forever! It does not matter what century, what country and nationality it is now, you ought to be honest and don't ruin the lives of other men. You should never forget how beautiful the world is and whatever astonishing people will cross your path!
