INFINITE - IN FINITE

This artwork is called "INFINITE - IN FINITE". (Acrylic paint on canvas, 50 x 50 cm, 2018) Inspired by Concrete and Visual Poetry, this experimental painting contains cryptic words playing around wide ideas of perception and interpretation of words and images, often by deconstructing, blurring and mixing up traditional ways of reading a word (vertical/horizontal mirrored words, specular writing, palindromes, homophones, anagrams, antonyms ...). Each one is an invitation to think about the whole wide different meanings a simple word can take for us, how it makes our mind/feelings/body mix & think altogether, and all the different ways to perceive "words" depending on how the context, place or temporality may influence our judgment.
