Mr. Snoot

Mr. Snoot is grouchy. He don't like many folks, but that's because he don't like himself much. Mr. Snoot expects too much from people, and when he don't get it---and all it would take from these people is a meager, simple, modicum of intelligence---when he don't get what he thinks he SHOULD get, well, then Mr. Snoot gets angry... And when Mr. Snoot gets angry, he bites...
