This is one of my longest animated experimental art pieces to date. Thirty two frames in total have been used to create this image of pleasant over-stimulation. It all started with a drawing of the float characters from the Pasadena Rose Parade. I took a tour of the workshop where they build these amazing mobile works of art and was drawing random float statues while on the tour. Then the full concept for this artwork came to me while at the mall as I was overstimulated by all the glitz there in a shopper's paradise. In fact I even started drawing various shopping mall phrases on top of the float artwork on my smartphone with the stylus. This took place while waiting for my youngest daughter to get her ears pierced. Like I said, it was an overstimulating experience.
