Darwin

Pencil enhanced digitally, mixed with natural photo-textures. Original illustration by author for YA book 'The Wildness Within and the Tree of Eyes', an attempt to introduce the idea of 'seeing' through the eyes of Nature. Thanks to Charles Darwin and many others, humankind has now known about its intimate connection with nature and apes since around 1859 with the publication of 'The Origin of Species'.
