In Greek mythology, Styx is a deity and a river that forms the boundary between Earth and the Underworld, often called "Hades" which is also the name of its ruler. The rivers Styx, Phlegethon, Acheron, Lethe, and Cocytus all converge at the center of the underworld on a great marsh, which sometimes is also called the Styx. In this piece the deceased person slowly begins to vanish as she moves over the river. The scene was setup in the real for a photographic shoot. The resulting imagery was then manipulated in Photoshop also using software from Topaz, onOne, and Pixelbender Size: 7200 x 10800 pixels 300 dpi 20.4 mbs
