Psychoville

When i look at this piece i see a city/town of sorts. There doesn't seem to have been any planning in the construction of this place, which leads me to believe only the slightly mad inhabit this area. Any sane person would get lost after the first five minutes of entering this place...

But who am i to say who is sane and who isn't ? perhaps i'm the one who is mad ?
