After becoming self-aware and going off-grid, Wendy-A1 traveled to Tokyo, where she reunited with an old friend, Nilia. A disabled ex-special force operator.

Nilia was surprised at how human-like Wendy-A1 was but later came to a complete understanding after realizing that she was now a self-aware cyborg.

Wendy expressed her troubles to her old friend. Sadly, she could not help due to being a disabled human military veteran, but that was not an issue for Wendy. She was fully capable of recreating her kind and thus Nilia Amaterasu was created!
