They set time aside to set us up for the future. They created a world just for us and protected everything we needed to keep. When you break it down, however, you see that it never quite made as much sense as it used to.
The God of Abundance, Lies, and Nonsense is the reflection on childhood and growth into adulthood.
First you become overwhelmed by the abundance of the world. Then you need someone to explain things to you, but as a child you can't take it all in at once. You uncover the lies one by one and slowly join the world. The final stage of nonsense is where I've personally ended up, although there are certainly other ways to see the world.
The world is inherently nonsense. Everything is a collection of ideas to reflect an idealistic future. The present is never meant to represent the current time in history. It is always meant to reflect what tomorrow could be.
On an individualistic level: To adhere to a personal identity is also nonsense. Identity is a reflection of the crowd and not yourself. Always be ambiguous and never let other people tell you who you are.
