Portrait of Catharina

Child photography is always a challenge, in this project I tried to convey the real face and sense of the model from my personal point of view to the audience. The first time I saw a successful child photographer, I was very surprised because she also worked in the field of fine art and their artwork was amazing.

I became very interested in child fine art photography and this became my first photography of children. The real name of this child is Nazanin. She is 9 years old and a very talented Actress. Nazanin has recently acted in a movie and won an award, and I tried to take the best possible photo of her. Before this photoshoot, I talked to her for two hours about my photography and tried to convey the feeling I needed for this photo. This photo has received Honorable Mention awards In Siena and Silver medals in WPE competitions.
