THE Dynamic Duo by Otha "Vakseen" Davis III

"THE Dynamic Duo" is a digital painting of NBA Hall of Fame basketball stars, Kobe Bryant & Shaquille O’Neal. With 9 NBA championships (3 together), 3 Olympic Gold medals, & countless other accolades collectively, Kobe & Shaq are two of the most iconic athletes in Lakers, and sports history. This piece is one of eight new creations featured in my "Legends Only: Los Angeles" collection.

Los Angeles has birthed so many of the most iconic people & pop culture moments that connect us all. I wanted to create a special collection that celebrates just how much our city’s culture captivates the world. This series is a celebration of our community, but also the inherent power of pop culture, and how it connects people through shared moments of admiration, inspiration, and revelation.
