Sonnenblume vor Mauer

Found in front of an old wall of the Bishop's Castle in Burgliebenau, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The sunflower has grown wild and defies the pressure of the centuries-old history of the crumbling wall of this once important castle on the road to Leipzig.
