Courtesan Emissary of Hegemony - Northern Bridge

In this world, four distinct lands are ruled and oppressed by a central one (Central). Generations of knowledge, wealth, and assets have been confiscated by Central. Unwilling to relinquish control, Central abducts young promising females from the neighboring lands. There, away from her family, she is trained for years in conversation, espionage, battle, and intercourse. When training is complete, she is released upon the lands to gather intel, quell uprisings, and maintain Central's power and control. To enforce this, Central has placed an ornate collar that would sever the emissary's head if she should not perform her duty as she travels throughout the lands. The Courtesan Emissary of Hegemony is pitied, feared, and loved by all.
